What the Form Asks
When you open the quiet-request form, we ask for only three essential details: your intended arrival and departure dates, the total number of overnight guests, and your selected property from all ten Canadian casino hotels on our roster. You do not need to provide credit card numbers or financial details, as this is an independent request service rather than a direct booking transaction.
If you have a room preference you can describe in the form, you can note it there. Providing these details early allows us to frame a clear, precise request for the property's reservations team.
What Happens After You Submit
Once submitted, our desk contacts the resort's reservation management team on your behalf. We explicitly request room placements based on the resort's layout and your stated preference. For example, we may ask for the separate Hotel Tower at River Rock Casino Resort or upper levels at Caesars Windsor.
Our message confirms that your request has been sent to the property.
